Dorothy Hannabury Clerk for City of Chelsea Dorothy Hannabury of Chelsea died on October 5. The clerk for the City of Chelsea, she was the beloved daughter of the late Thomas and Josephine (Hale) Hannabury. A prayer service will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. in The Rapino Memorial Home, 9 Chelsea Street, (Maverick Sq.) East Boston followed by burial in Holy Cross Cemetery.
