In the City’s new Broadway window gallery, photo enthusiast Matt Frank stands in front of his gallery display. After retiring from politics, the former City Councillor has shifted focus to build a prolific and successful photography career. One of his specialties is capturing the beautification of Chelsea, as well as the old monuments that have been lost to time. His photos will be on display through Labor Day.
