Frances K. Ash, a Chelsea resident, passed away on December 28. She is survived by her devoted sons Jay Ash and William Ash, along with their respective spouses Susan of Danvers and Keiko of Rutland. Her sister Anne Surawski and brother-in-law Joe of Lynn, as well as her grandchildren Kevin, Brian, Taiichi, Kiichi, Junichi and Koichi Ash, also mourn her loss. A private funeral service was held.
