Helen A. (Daloia) Benevento, a Marshfield resident who previously lived in Chelsea and East Boston, passed away on January 16 at the age of 90. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nunzio J. Sr.
She leaves behind her son Nunzio J. Benevento Jr. and his wife, Marguerite (Webber), of Marshfield, as well as her son Joseph Benevento and his wife, Maryann, of Stuart, FL and Lunenburg, MA. Her sister Theresa Pawlak and her husband, Anthony, of Jackson, MI survive her, along with her siblings who predeceased her: Florence R. Kelley, Jennie Daloia, Anna Pawlak and Angie Swankowski.
Seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive her.
Visiting hours took place on Thursday, January 21 beginning at 10 a.m. at the Vertuccio Home for Funerals, 773 Broadway, (Rte. 107), Revere. A funeral service followed at 11 a.m., with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
