Chelsea, Massachusetts

On Tuesday, June 8, the Chelsea Police Department made three arrests. Bryan Overka, 18, residing at 117 Marlborough Street in Chelsea, faced charges related to violation of an abuse prevention order. Two additional arrests that day involved Ryan McNee, 34, of 33 Jacques Street in Somerville, and Antonio Pinto, Jr., 34, of 12 9th Street in Medford, both charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Wednesday, June 9 saw four individuals taken into custody. Juan Alas, 25, of 200 Congress Avenue in Chelsea, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Eugene Kakou, 48, from 185 Chestnut Street in Lynn, faced a warrant misdemeanor default charge. Victor Santiago, 21, of 9 Orange Street in Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant for misdemeanor default. Llimer Garcia, 23, of 855 Broadway in Chelsea, was arrested for a straight warrant misdemeanor.

Five arrests occurred on Thursday, June 10. Gerardo Mendoza-Bonilla, 29, of 191 Chestnut Street in Chelsea, was charged with assault and battery along with witness intimidation. Alex Flores, 27, residing at 220 Broadway in Chelsea, faced a warrant felony default charge. Stephen C. Lawson, 26, of 72 Dehon Street in Revere, was arrested for operation of a motor vehicle with suspended license and a red light violation. Michelle DeJesus, 30, of 125 Arlington Street in Chelsea, was taken into custody for threat to commit a crime and breaking and entering.

The following day, Friday, June 11, produced six arrests. Nancy Espinoza, 39, of 29 Franklin Street in Chelsea, and Nancy Prudenico, 20, also of 29 Franklin Street in Chelsea, were both arrested for assault and battery and breaking and entering. Luis Santiago, 46, of 233 Chestnut Street in Chelsea, was charged with warrant misdemeanor default. Felix W. Gonzalez, 29, of 350 Cross Street in Malden, faced two counts of warrant misdemeanor default. Nelson Portillo, 19, of 59 Essex Street in Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant for misdemeanor default.

Saturday, June 12 brought five more arrests to the police blotter. Ciro Antonio Novoa-Martinez, 38, of 101 Marlborough Street in Chelsea, was charged with assault and battery and destruction of property. Francisco Sustache, 24, of 94 Trenton Street in East Boston, faced indecent assault and battery charges. Kevin Murphy, 54, of 65 Shawmut Street in Chelsea, was arrested for warrant misdemeanor default. Edwin Hernandez, 28, of 41 Shawmut Street in Chelsea, was taken into custody for warrant felony default. Ricardo Lopez, 29, of 61 Shurtleff Street in Chelsea, faced a warrant misdemeanor default charge.

Sunday, June 13 saw six individuals arrested. Anthony Gayhart, 23, of 59 Division Street in Chelsea, and Stephen Gayhart, 24, of 69 Valleor Road in East Boston, were both charged with drinking and possession of open alcoholic beverage in public. Marico Mezabaca, 25, of 71 Central Avenue in Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery. Daniel Vaccaro, 31, of 4 Crescent in Everett, faced a warrant felony default charge. Jake D. Fitzgerald, 25, of 460 Malden Street in Revere, was arrested for armed robbery. Edis Garcia, 24, of 202 Chestnut Street in Chelsea, was charged with operating under the influence, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and destruction of property. Juan Carreta, 34, of 4 Fosdeck Terrace in Lynn, was arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Five arrests took place on Monday, June 14. Walter Cacerea, 25, of 33 Suffolk Street in Chelsea, faced charges of drinking and possession of open alcoholic beverage in public. Carlos Jose Lebron, 32, of 122B Washington Avenue in Chelsea, was arrested for a straight warrant felony. Kenneth Stoddard, 45, of 14 Waverly in Everett, was taken into custody for warrant misdemeanor default. Santos Osorio, 27, of 19 Northern Avenue in Lynn, was arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and furnishing a false name. Ramon Sosa, 35, of 53 Maverick Street in Chelsea, faced charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and carrying a dangerous weapon.

On Tuesday, June 15, two arrests concluded the reporting period. Mark Robinson, 42, of 9 Sixth Street in Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Ruben Rosa, 58, of 25 Chester Avenue in Chelsea, was taken into custody for drinking and possession of open alcoholic beverage in public.
