On Monday, July 26, Dennis Baker, 40, of 29 Pine St., Chelsea, was taken into custody for charges of assault and battery. Jose Hernandez, 30, residing at 188 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested based on a felony warrant. Anthony Bianchino, 23, of 9 Walter Rd., Danvers, faced charges for a crosswalk violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Conor Lucey, 26, of 515 Pleasant St., Melrose, was arrested for operating an unlicensed motor vehicle, impeding operation, and failing to wear a seat belt. Christopher Williams, 27, from 47 Congress Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on multiple charges including drug possession, Class B with intent to distribute, drug possession, Class D with intent to distribute, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license (criminal), one way violation, and a drug violation near a school or park. Jonathan Cora, 21, of 16B County Rd., Chelsea, was arrested on felony warrants.

On Tuesday, July 27, Candy Eze, 47, of 220 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Ramon Pagan, 49, from 55 Pine St., Boston, was arrested for drinking and possession of an open alcoholic beverage in public. Shalija Castaneda, 36, of 438 Broadway, Malden, was arrested for a red light violation, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license (criminal), and driving an uninsured motor vehicle (criminal), as well as having a warrant. Maria Payan, 46, of 32 Arlington St., Everett, was arrested on a warrant. Luis Maldonado, 19, from 21 Lewis St., Lynn, was arrested on a warrant. John Mazzone, 33, of 20 Washington Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for breaking and entering during the day, possession of a Class E narcotic, and an attempt to commit a crime. Zenon Rodriguez, 19, of 111 Winnisimmet St., Chelsea, was arrested for an unarmed robbery. Jorge Montes, 37, of 109 Blossom St., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant.

On Wednesday, July 28, Carlos Valentin, 43, of 7 Sammet St., Everett, was arrested for shoplifting. Kerry Bell, 33, of 28 Beacon St., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery. Todd Ciepiela, 33, from 30 King St., Peabody, was arrested for receiving stolen property over $250 (two counts), number plate violation to conceal ID (criminal), and warrants. Terrance O’Neal, 24, of 17 Glendale St., Everett, was arrested for a stop sign violation, failure to wear a seat belt, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license (criminal), and a warrant. John Scibilia, 55, of 113 Spencer Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant. William Delfino, 44, of 89 Webster St., East Boston, was arrested for being a fugitive from justice, speeding, and failure to wear a seat belt. Rene Flores, 35, of 103 Congress Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant, for a crosswalk violation, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license (criminal). Melanie Reddy, 26, of 100 Fourth St., Chelsea, was arrested for being a common nightwalker.

On Thursday, July 29, Rachel Danielian, 25, of 4 Makepeace St., Saugus, was arrested for drug possession, Class B. Jose Rivera, 34, of 162 Chestnut St., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and a warrant. Jose Melendez, 19, of 323 Spruce St., Chelsea, was arrested for drinking and possessing an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public, a warrant, and for a person under 21 possessing alcohol.

On Friday, July 30, Kerry Bell, 33, of 28 Beacon St., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant. Jennifer Reposa, 26, of 26 Grape St., Malden, was arrested for shoplifting. Terence Kelley, 35, from 81 Willowden, West Roxbury, was arrested on a warrant. Ernesto Muniz, 27, of 25 Chester Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for making a threat to commit a crime.

Saturday, July 31, saw the arrest of Olvin Amaya, 20, of 199 Lexington St., East Boston, for carrying a dangerous weapon or knife. Miguel Raudales, 21, of 90 Grove St., Chelsea, was arrested for carrying a dangerous weapon or knife. James Brown Jr., 64, of 19 Gardner St., Chelsea, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Juan Lopez, 33, of 51 Grove St., Chelsea, was arrested for rape. Sandro Reyes, 34, of 116 Addison St., Chelsea, was arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

On Sunday, August 1, Julio Mendez, 20, of 8 Harrington St., Revere, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license (criminal). Elnardo Medina, 26, of 41 Shawmut St., Chelsea, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license (criminal). Eric Mallinson, 49, of 16 Fifth St., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Gloria Sandoval, 20, of 911 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, witness intimidation, identity fraud, and a threat to commit a crime. Wilfredo Paiz, 26, of 31 Library St., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct. Jose Figueroa, 20, of 15 Third St., Chelsea, was arrested for receiving stolen property over $250 (six counts), drinking and possessing an open container of alcohol in public, a person under 21 possessing alcohol, and malicious damage to a motor vehicle. Christian Perez, 18, of 599 Washington Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for receiving stolen property over $250 (seven counts), receiving stolen credit card (two counts), and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.
