The arrest of Nicholas Bonet, 26, of 794 Massachusetts Avenue, Boston, involved shoplifting allegations. Multiple traffic and licensing violations led to the arrest of Padilla Israel Manguia, 20, of 130 Shurtleff Street, Chelsea, who was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a stop sign violation, and failing to wear a seatbelt. Raeshaun J. Wilson, 23, of 6 Bishop Place, Somerville, was taken into custody on charges including a straight warrant misdemeanor, crosswalk violation, marked lanes violation, and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Yesenia S. Andrade, 36, of 69 Shurtleff Street, Chelsea, was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon.
The following day, Tuesday, August 10, brought additional arrests. David Vega, 31, from 37 Trinity Avenue, Lynn, faced charges related to a warrant misdemeanor default, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and displaying another person’s license. Ismael Velez, 46, of 5 Admiral’s Way, Chelsea, was arrested on multiple serious charges: assault, larceny, resisting arrest, assault with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Tahar Lachmi, 47, of 66 Frankfort Street, East Boston, was charged with assault and battery on a pregnant person, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, destruction of property, and resisting arrest. Edwin Hernandez, 28, of 86 Chester Avenue, Chelsea, was arrested for distributing a Class B drug and drug violation near a school. Arnoldo Nolasco, 18, of 18 Cottage Avenue, Chelsea, faced charges of assault and battery along with two counts of destruction of property. Asia Galvin, 24, of 31 Cary Avenue, Chelsea, was arrested for warrant misdemeanor default.
Wednesday, August 11, saw further law enforcement activity. Laura B. McNulty, 29, of 86 Chester Avenue, Chelsea, was arrested for prostitution. Motor vehicle violations resulted in the arrest of Antonio M. Martinez, 37, of 83 Chester Avenue, Chelsea, charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Vadinho Shaw, 24, of 196 Pearl Avenue, Revere, faced charges for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a stop sign violation. Jill Bentley, 46, of 889 Harrison Avenue, Boston, was taken into custody for warrant misdemeanor default. Thomas Covino, 45, of 63 Aborn Avenue, Wakefield, was arrested for warrant felony default.

Tawanna Rezendes, 40, of 88 Broadway, Chelsea, was taken into custody for possession of a Class B drug. Deborah A. Perito, 39, of 165 Hawthorne Street, Chelsea, was arrested for warrant felony default.
Friday, August 13, brought multiple arrests to the records. Socop Jairo Rolando Zetino, 23, of 54 Main Street, Weymouth, faced serious charges including driving under the influence, leaving the scene of property damage, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of personal injury, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Sharmke Ibrahim, 22, of 268 Washington Avenue, Chelsea, was arrested for violation of a prevention order and a straight warrant felony. Warrant misdemeanor default charges resulted in the arrest of Marvin Alvarenga, 32, of 19B Harding Avenue, Everett. Matthew Graves, 18, of 127 Garfield Avenue, Chelsea, was taken into custody for warrant misdemeanor default. Victor Manuel Yanes, 33, of 74 Franklin Avenue, Chelsea, faced warrant felony default charges. Manuel E. Lopez, 48, of 98 Crescent Avenue, Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Paul Carnazzo, 18, of 20 S. Irving Street, Revere, was charged with assault.
Saturday, August 14, marked significant arrests in the area. Jonathan Carvalho, 21, of 10 Forsyth Street, Chelsea, was arrested for murder. Traffic violations involving stop sign and licensing issues led to the arrest of Irvin Garcia-Reyes, 28, of 349 Meridian Street, East Boston. Hillario Buenaventura-Flores, 31, of 73 Essex Street, Chelsea, was arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, stop sign violation, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Assault and battery charges resulted in the arrest of Olvin Amaya, 24, of 191 Lexington Street, East Boston. Mirna Gonzalez, 33, of 44 Addison Street, Chelsea, was taken into custody for assault with a dangerous weapon. Jose D. Benites, 29, of 1666 North Shore road, Revere, faced charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit a crime. Jesus Zavala, 25, of 115 Washington Avenue, Chelsea, was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit a crime. Traffic violations led to the arrest of Jose B. Alvarado, 25, of 111 Essex Street, Chelsea, charged with stop sign violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Wilver D. Merino, 31, of 20 Marion Street, East Boston, was arrested for driving under the influence, one way violation, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Luis Bercian, 26, of 170A Harris Street, Revere, faced charges for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Underage drinking offenses resulted in arrests of Cheyenne Socobasin, 20, of 67 Clinton Street, Chelsea, and Martika Feliz, 18, of 51 Grove Street, Chelsea, both charged with drinking with open alcoholic beverage in public and possession of alcohol being under 21.
