On November 15, Jose Hernandez, 26, of 199 Webster St., Chelsea, was taken into custody for operation of motor vehicle unlicensed. The following day, November 16, Carlos Villanueva, 42, residing at 62 Chester Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant. November 17 brought multiple arrests: Cesar Castro, 24, of 162 Chestnut St., Chelsea, faced charges for operation of motor vehicle unlicensed and number plate violation. Charles Shannon, 48, from 244 Paris St., East Boston, was arrested for receiving stolen property over $250, carrying dangerous weapon, and possessing burglarious instruments. Andrew Babigumira, 24, of 62 Garden Circle, Waltham, was arrested for trespassing. Miguel Ruiz, 26, at 300 Washington Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for marked lanes violation, operation of motor vehicle unlicensed, failure to wear seat belt, furnishing false name, felony warrant and misdemeanor default warrant. On November 18, Dania Quinones, 28, of 11 Cottage St., Chelsea, was arrested on defaulted warrants, while Luis Santiago, 46, who is homeless in Chelsea, was arrested for trespassing. November 19 saw arrests of Jose Antonio Cruz Santiago, 36, of 60 Clark Ave., Chelsea, on warrant and for possessing Class A drug and possessing Class E drug. Maisoun Aldakhlallah, 32, of 62 Grove St., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant and possessing Class A drug (2 counts). On November 20, Maura Sullivan, 25, of 224 Cherry St., Chelsea, was arrested on a default warrant. Maria DeSimone, 38, of 15 Maggi Rd., Revere, was arrested for possessing Class B drug. Derek Suloff, 22, of 184 Chestnut St., Chelsea, was arrested for operation of motor vehicle unlicensed. Laura McNulty, 29, of 7 Holden St., Dorchester, was arrested on default warrant and felony warrant. November 21 concluded the period with Wilfredo Alas, 31, of 122 Shurtleff St., Chelsea, arrested on a felony warrant.
