On Monday, February 7, Michael Cataldo, 45, of 222 Clark Ave., Chelsea, was taken into custody for being an incapacitated person. Daniel Powers, 23, who is homeless, faced charges related to operating a motor vehicle without a license and making an improper turn. Marype Dessources, 31, residing at 18 Central Ave., Chelsea, was arrested in connection with shoplifting. Ramon Pagan, 49, of 55 Pine St., Boston, was arrested for trespassing.

February 8 brought several arrests. Miruslaw Sarnecki, 50, of 6 Front St., Chelsea, was taken into custody for assault and battery. Steven DeMarco, 55, from 55 Revere Beach Pkwy., Revere, was arrested on charges including a lights violation, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license (criminal), and possession of a Class B drug. Luis Hernandez, 17, of 117 Essex St., Chelsea, faced multiple charges: assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and witness intimidation.

The following day, Wednesday, February 9, Alexander Brickley, 18, of 27 Raymond St., Everett, was arrested for being an incapacitated person. Herman Escobar, 36, living at 163 Chester Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant. Derrol Bond, 18, of 454 Washington Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant. Alexander Erazo, 50, of 133 Central Ave., Chelsea, was also arrested on a felony warrant. Manuel De La Cruz, 51, of 148 Walnut St., Chelsea, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license, a warrant, an equipment violation, and failure to wear a seat belt.

Thursday, February 10 saw multiple arrests. Gladys Barboza, 53, of 315 Lincoln Ave., Saugus, was arrested on felony and misdemeanor warrants, as well as for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and failure to wear a seat belt. Joseph Tutt, 40, of 12 Magnolia St., Dorchester, faced charges of assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Kelly Murray, 41, of 88-90 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested on felony warrants. Raquel Rodriguez, 43, of 77 Library St., Chelsea, was arrested on warrants and for possessing a Class E drug.

On Friday, February 11, Richard Crandell, 51, of 182 Chestnut St., Chelsea, was arrested for destruction of property over $250 and assault and battery. Gregory Sperduti, 31, of 125 Goff Ave., Pawtucket, RI, was arrested for trespassing. Diego Mejia, 20, of 61 Bloomingdale St., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant. Ariel Melendez-Camacho, 33, of 88 Hawthorne St., Chelsea, was arrested for breaking and entering in the daytime for felony and possessing a burglarious instrument. Elmer Hernandez-Montes, 17, of 73 Prescott Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for trespassing. Jorge Moreno, 24, of 85 Chester Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license and a red light violation.

Saturday, February 12 brought additional arrests. Mabel Marquez, 32, of 947 River St., Hyde Park, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Giovanni Cananguez, 26, of 42 Hancock St., Chelsea, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license. Ramon Pagan, 49, of 55 Pine St., Boston, was arrested again, this time for trespassing. Bryan Rosales, 22, of 45 Walnut Ave., Revere, was arrested for assault and battery.

On Sunday, February 13, Romero Artica, 27, of 38 Clark Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for being an incapacitated person. Erick Loperto, 22, of 112 Shawmut St., Chelsea, was arrested for being an incapacitated person. Hilton Baez, 42, of 165 Cottage St., Chelsea, was arrested for violating an abuse prevention order and carrying a dangerous weapon or knife over 4 inches.
