On March 14, Milton Velis, 26, of 9 Crescent Ave., Chelsea, faced arrest on charges of operating a motor vehicle unlicensed and red light violation. Augustine Arevalo, 55, residing at 47 Chelsea St., East Boston, was arrested for trespassing. Carlos DeLeon Robles, 29, of 55 Park St., Lynn, was taken into custody for speeding, operating a motor vehicle unlicensed, and furnishing a false name. Axel Cetino, 38, at 101 Broadway, Everett, was arrested for red light violation and operating a motor vehicle unlicensed. Jeff Bosquet, 28, of 223 Forest St., Medford, was arrested for shoplifting.

March 15 brought several arrests. Eddie Mojica, 17, of 158 Franklin Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for disturbing a school assembly. Faith Lewis, 32, living at 29 Burch St., Arlington, faced arrest for larceny over $250. Scott Gaskill, 27, of 11 Harrison Ave., Everett, was arrested for larceny over $250. Edwi nCarias, 17, residing at 62 Bremen St., East Boston, was arrested for distribution of Class D drug and ordinance violation. Elmer Hernandez-Montes, 17, of 73 Prescott Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant and ordinance violation. Roberto Santos, 50, at 153 Shurtleff St., Chelsea, was arrested for possessing an open alcoholic beverage in public. Ramon Pagan, 49, of 55 Pine St., Boston, was arrested for shoplifting. Angel Diaz, 23, of 127 Chestnut St., Chelsea, faced arrest for assault and malicious destruction of property over $250. Santiago Torres, 43, residing at 40 Orange St., Chelsea, was arrested for possessing an open container of alcohol in public and disorderly conduct.

On March 16, Michael Roldan-Cotto, 20, of 11 Cross St., Chelsea, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on a court warrant. John Keegan Jr., 31, of 22A Pevwello St., Saugus, was arrested on a warrant.

March 17 saw multiple arrests. Larry Thompson, 30, of 50 Timson St., Lynn, was arrested on a felony warrant. Sandro Santiago, 40, of 191 Central Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60 years old and assault and battery on a disabled person. Sandra Rodriguez, 45, of 4 Warren Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon. Robert Jeffrey, 54, residing at 21 Leonard Rd., Melrose, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with suspended/revoked license (criminal) and leaving the scene of property damage. Steven Capasso, 36, of 200 Captains Row, Chelsea, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor.

On March 18, Angel Romero Articia, 40, of 149 Shurtleff St., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant and default warrant. Erick Lara, 31, of 70 Library St., Chelsea, was arrested for rape of child with force (3 counts), indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, and felony warrant.

March 19 brought additional arrests. Mario Pires, 23, of 122 Shawmut St., Chelsea, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Antonio Miguel Chang, 25, residing at 186 Pearl St., Chelsea, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with suspended/revoked license (criminal) and failure to wear a seatbelt. Thomas Colon, 30, of 67 Bellingham St., Chelsea, was arrested for possessing an open container of alcohol in public. Luis Martinez, 42, of 142 Campbell Ave., Revere, was arrested on felony warrants. Raquel Orellana, 30, of 117 Marlborough St., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery and assault.

On March 20, Luis Garcia, 30, of 123 Beacon St., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and assault and battery on a child with injury. Ruth Alleyne, 50, residing at 308 Washington Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Oscar Padilla, 43, of 196 Shurtleff St., Chelsea, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle unlicensed, failure to stop for police, and red light violation. Santos Cruz, 38, of 73 Marlborough St., Chelsea, was arrested for carrying a dangerous weapon and felony warrant. George Orozco, 19, of 85 Chester Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery (5 counts).
