At the chamber office on Broadway, the Chelsea Chamber of Commerce Latino Division convened to prepare for an upcoming discussion with Chip Tuttle, chief operating officer of Suffolk Downs, and Enrique Zuniga from the Massachusetts Gaming Commission regarding the proposed $1 billion casino project at Suffolk and its potential effects on Chelsea.
