An 18-year-old Boston resident, Charles McCarthy of 112 Wells Ave., faced arrest on charges including default warrant and felony warrants.

Henry Santos, 28, from 70 Graves Rd. in Revere, was taken into custody for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

David Penney, a 47-year-old Revere resident at 376 Ocean Ave., was arrested following charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, failure to have a license in possession after an accident, and speeding.

Jose Pagan, 38, of 93 Jefferson Ave. in Chelsea, faced arrest on a felony warrant and charges related to possessing a Class A drug.

Alexander Guevara, 22, residing at 42 Hawthorne St. in Chelsea, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.

Jeremy Frost, 24, of 101 Main St. in Malden, was taken into custody on a felony warrant.

Moises Ortiz, 33, from 134 Garfield Ave. in Chelsea, faced charges of assault, malicious damage to a motor vehicle, and threat to commit crime.

Debra Rockwell, 45, at 923 Broadway in Chelsea, was arrested on charges including conspiracy to violate drug law, drug violation near a school or park, and possessing a Class B drug.

Andrew Babigumira, 26, who is homeless, was arrested for conspiracy to violate drug law, drug violation near school or park, and possessing a Class B drug.

Reginald Bonds, 43, of 25 Hooper St. in Chelsea, was taken into custody for assault and battery.

Manuel Castro, 22, from 180 Main St. in Everett, was arrested for murder.

Yesenia Valentin, 25, of 10 Hammond St. in Boston, faced arrest for criminal operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.

Marvin Velasquez, 44, residing at 227 Chestnut St. in Chelsea, was arrested on charges including default warrant, one-way violation, failure to wear a seat belt, and criminal operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.

Mustafa Ketenci, 22, of 325 Commandments Way in Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery.

Brad Slizeski, 51, from 655 Rainbow Rd. in Reno, Nevada, faced arrest for shoplifting.

Michelle Flattes, 27, of 39 Hyde St. in Revere, was taken into custody for possessing a Class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug law.

Kevin DiGaetano, 21, residing at 35 Hyde St. in Revere, was arrested for conspiracy to violate drug law and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Kevin Vaillancourt, 31, of 113 Congress Ave. in Chelsea, faced arrest on default warrants and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

Marcia Vaillancourt, 29, also from 113 Congress Ave. in Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant and default warrants.

Edwin Gonzalez-Garcia, 35, from 13 Babcock St. in Providence, Rhode Island, was taken into custody for distribution of a Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, and drug violation near a school or park.

Providencia Acevedo, 52, of 50 Lambert St. in Cambridge, was arrested for possessing a Class B drug and conspiracy to violate drug law.

Charlie Alexander, 22, residing at 238 Chestnut St. in Chelsea, faced charges including carrying a firearm without a license, ammunition without an FID card, distributing a Class D drug (2 counts), drug violation near a school or park, and conspiracy to violate drug law.

Jessi Cardona, 17, of 107 Shurtleff St. in Chelsea, was arrested for conspiracy to violate drug law.

Wilkin Matos, 28, from 251 Reservoir Ave. in Revere, was taken into custody for violating an abuse prevention order.

Luis DeSousa, 33, residing at 49 Coburn Terrace in Everett, faced arrest for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Alimamy Kanu, 26, from 45 Fourth St. in Chelsea, was taken into custody on charges of assault and battery, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace, and assault and battery on a police officer.

Carla Shaw, 47, of 155 Pearl St. in Chelsea, was arrested on default warrants.

Bridget Harrington, 28, residing at 38 Haskel Circle in Lakeville, Massachusetts, faced arrest for drinking or possessing an open alcoholic beverage in public.

Juan Beltre, 36, from 84 Monument St. in Charlestown, was arrested for violating an abuse prevention order.

Alimamy Kanu, 25, of 45 Fourth St. in Chelsea, was taken into custody for assault and battery and resisting arrest.

Amilcar Umana, 33, residing at 134 Hancock St. in Everett, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor (second offense), malicious damage to a motor vehicle, criminal operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Isaias Gonzalez, 17, from 54 Cary Ave. in Chelsea, faced arrest for intimidating a witness, juror, police officer, or court official.

Ismael Majia, 18, of 731 Broadway in Chelsea, was arrested for disorderly conduct, trespassing, and intimidation of a witness, juror, police officer, or court official.
