November 11
On this date, Chelsea police took into custody Alex Montano, a 20-year-old residing at 122 Central Avenue in Chelsea, on charges of aggravated rape of a child under 16.
November 12
Two arrests were made. Cassandra D. Mickles, 27, was apprehended at her address of 21 Gerrish Avenue, Chelsea, in connection with an obstructed window violation and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Additionally, authorities arrested Quoizel Wilson, 35, from 345 Camp Street in W. Yarmouth, who faced charges including a murder warrant, dangerous weapon warrant, and improper disposal of human warrant.
November 13
Eddy Torres, Jr., a 20-year-old from 181 Park Avenue in Revere, was taken into custody for possession of a Class D drug.
November 14
Law enforcement made two arrests this day. Gustavo F. Rodriguez, 37, of 9 Cottage Street in Chelsea, was arrested for trespassing. In a separate incident, Samuel Valdez, 37, residing on E. Berkley Street in Boston, was apprehended on charges of unarmed robbery, possession of Class A drug, and a shoplifting warrant.
November 15
Multiple arrests occurred throughout the day. Neri Lopez, 37, of 147 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, faced charges of possession of Class B drug, lights violation, marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, domestic assault and battery warrant, and an unlicensed operation of motor vehicle warrant. Ricardo Pagan, 27, from 469 Eastern Avenue in Chelsea, was arrested for three counts of possession of Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, possession of Class A drug, misdemeanor default warrant, and operation of motor vehicle with suspended license. Leonard Spallone, 22, of 34 Melch in Lynnfield, was taken into custody for possession of Class B drug. Devon Pearson, 22, living at 190 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, was arrested for assault to murder and firearm-armed warrant. Jessica Hasberry, 20, of 10 Perthshire Road in Brighton, was apprehended for shoplifting. Ismael Mejia, 19, from 731 Broadway in Chelsea, faced charges of possession of Class D drug. Carmelo Roman-Mercardo, 41, residing at 506 Sumner in East Boston, was arrested for driving under the influence (2nd offense), speeding, and lights violation.
November 16
Six individuals were arrested during this period. Eddie Diaz, 19, from 679 Washington Avenue in Dorchester, faced charges of assault and battery warrant, larceny from person warrant, and operation of motor vehicle without authority warrant. Natanael Ramirez, 42, of 69 Shurleff Street in Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery. Denise Komnenus, 40, of 500 Revere Beach Boulevad in Revere, was taken into custody for furnishing false name warrant, trespassing, revoked license warrant, and stop sign violation warrant. James Thomas, 41, residing at 88-90 Broadway in Chelsea, was apprehended on charges including unarmed robbery, two counts of threat to commit a crime, witness intimidation, assault, warrant misdemeanor default, and warrant felony default. Ismael Rojop-Velazquez, 23, of 196 Shurtleff Strete in Chelsea, was arrested for aggravated assault and battery, threat to commit a crime, and breaking and entering in the nighttime. Santos Saravia, 40, from 286 Chestnut Street in Chelsea, faced charges of violation of prevention order, breaking and entering, threat to commit a crime, and witness intimidation.
November 17
Hector Andrade, 24, of 3 Nichols Street in Chelsea, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
