Governor Deval Patrick visited Roca’s Chelsea headquarters on Wednesday to unveil the Pay for Success (PFS) initiative, an impressive program designed to support at-risk young men involved in the probation system and transitioning out of the juvenile justice system.
The event featured moving accounts of the achievements Roca founder and CEO Molly Baldwin has accomplished through her leadership of this nationally recognized organization, which continues to guide disengaged and disenfranchised young people away from violence and poverty.
As a strong advocate for high-risk youth programs, Governor Patrick joined other speakers in recognizing Molly Baldwin’s work and expressing confidence in her vision to reach additional young people. The Governor and fellow speakers praised her commitment to helping these individuals build stronger futures.
Molly Baldwin’s original vision for Roca has clearly materialized into an organization benefiting hundreds of young people through her dedication, ingenuity, management abilities, and leadership. Through the efforts of Molly Baldwin and her team, countless young people have been motivated and supported to pursue more constructive lives. This challenging work has yielded remarkable results that benefit the entire community.
