Sammy Mojica
The BABC Prep Classic will take place Sunday at 5 p.m. at the Saul Nechtem Gymnasium at Chelsea High School, featuring Brimmer and May basketball standout Sammy Mojica of Chelsea.
Heading to Division 1 Drexel University in Philadelphia with a basketball scholarship, Mojica will guide his Brimmer and May squad against Boston Trinity High School in the matchup.
Before joining Brimmer and May as a starting guard for one of New England’s premier prep school programs, Mojica spent three seasons playing for the CHS basketball team.
CHS Athletic Director Frank DePatto stated: “We’re very excited to host this tournament at Chelsea High and welcome back Sammy Mojica for his final high school game in the city,” “BABC Coach Leo Papile always runs a great tournament that has outstanding teams. We hope Chelsea basketball fans will come out and support the teams and enjoy the games.”
