Apartments are now available for leasing at the highly anticipated One North of Boston development, which remains on track for a spring launch.
Gate Residential Properties and TransDel Corp. have partnered on One North of Boston, the $50 million residential development project situated in Chelsea. This week, the venture announced that leasing has begun.

The property sits within walking distance of the commuter rail and includes 230 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Residents will enjoy interiors featuring gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and modern cabinetry. Additional interior highlights include custom resin infused bamboo flooring and expansive windows offering Boston skyline views.
The development provides extensive community amenities, including an onsite crossfit studio, state-of-the-art fitness center, club suite and social networking lounge. Additional features include an on-site Dog Day Care facility, outdoor pool, patio and fire pit.
