Temple Emmanuel Chelsea, situated in Cary Square since its 1929 opening, operates as a fully active synagogue embracing Jewish tradition through modern and flexible practices with contemporary materials and robust congregant engagement. Rabbi and Cantor Oksana Chapman extend a heartfelt invitation to everyone in the community, particularly newcomers to Chelsea, to participate in the upcoming High Holidays observances.
