Jay Ash, who serves as State Secretary of Housing and Economic Development, received recognition for his exceptional work during his tenure as city manager. The Chelsea Chamber of Commerce Installation Dinner on March 25 at Spinelli’s in Lynnfield featured the tribute to Ash.
