Girl Scout Bridging Ceremony

Two Girl Scouts named Isabella Alvarez and Allison Gallego remained composed as they progressed from junior scouts to cadets at Monday evening’s annual citywide Bridging Ceremony for Girl Scout troops, held at Chelsea High School. During this yearly event, girls who have demonstrated readiness for advancement walk across the bridge to mark their promotion to the next rank. Alvarez and Gallego are pictured here with the badges they received upon becoming cadets, which bear the message, “Keep Calm, I have a badge for this.”
