Chelsea, Massachusetts

Monday, August 17

The Chelsea Police Department took into custody Jose Rosales, age 27, residing at 83 Grove Street in Chelsea. His charges included operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure to wear a seat belt, and exceeding the speed limit.

Tuesday, August 18

An outstanding warrant led to the arrest of Jonathan Norena, 24, whose address is listed as 120 Sumner Street in East Boston.

Wednesday, August 19

Three individuals faced charges related to motor vehicle theft on this date. Elyhas Diaz, 19, of 116 Hawthorrne Street in Chelsea, was taken into custody for larceny of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen motor vehicle. Similarly, Angel J. Diaz, 18, from 70 Waite Street in Revere, faced identical charges of larceny of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen motor vehicle. Samantha Estela Rodriguez, 25, of 551 Spencer Avenue in Chelsea, was arrested for larceny of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen motor vehicle, and carrying a dangerous weapon in a motor vehicle.

Additional arrests that day included Kristopher Goodrich, 33, of 167 Kennedy Drive in Malden, charged with shoplifting and two outstanding warrants. Christopher Steriti, 29, of 269 Border Street in Boston, was arrested for possession of a Class B drug. Steven Torres, 36, who is homeless, faced possession charges for a Class B drug. Caio C. Ciochetti, 27, of 136 Elm Street in Everett, was also arrested for possession of a Class B drug.

Breaking and entering charges were brought against Kiara Gonzales-Ramirez, 20, of 47 Estes Street in Lynn, who was additionally charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and misleading police. Devante Cartagena, 20, of 789 Broadway in Everett, faced breaking and entering charges in the nighttime.

Thursday, August 20

Ian Anders Goode, 29, of 1214 Cedarcroft Road in Baltimore, MD, was arrested for breaking and entering, trespassing, and possession of a Class E drug. Multiple arrests for robbery occurred on this date. Kelley A. Hardy, 33, of 37 Glendale Street in Everett, was charged with unarmed robbery and an outstanding warrant. Melissa J. Hardy, 37, of 763 Broadway in Chelsea, faced unarmed robbery charges along with five outstanding warrants. Mary Hardy, 66, also of 763 Broadway in Chelsea, was arrested for interfering with a police officer.

Friday, August 21

An outstanding warrant resulted in the arrest of Carlos Perez, 28, of 160 Park Street in Chelsea.
