Angel Quilan, 25, of 45 Winter St., Quincy, faced arrest due to an active warrant.

Multiple drug-related charges including possession with intent to distribute Class B drugs, conspiracy to violate drug law, and possession with intent to distribute Class D drugs led to the arrest of Alberto Lopez Junior, 21, of 88 Williams ST., Chelsea.
Michael Fitzpatrick, 46, living at 767 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested on charges encompassing assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, an outstanding warrant, assault with serious bodily injury, assault to murder, and carrying a dangerous weapon.
