Nicole Skillin, 39, of 39 Lynnway, Lynn, was arrested for being a common nightwalker.
Jessica Taormina, 28, from 4 Trask ST., Gloucester, was arrested on common nightwalker charges.

Nain Montiel, 47, of 87 Garland St., Everett, faced charges for drinking and possessing an open alcoholic beverage in public.
