A 17-year-old juvenile was indicted by a Suffolk County Grand Jury on Monday in connection with the murder of Pablo Villeda, which occurred during a mass shooting at a teen party on Washington Avenue on March 6.
The juvenile appeared before Juvenile Court and was not identified publicly due to his age.
Chelsea Police and State Police made the arrest on Monday.
The individual faces charges as an accessory after the fact to the murder of Pablo Villeda.
He is alleged to have taken several specific actions to help Emmanuel Marrero following the March 6 incident on Washington Avenue, which resulted in Villeda’s death and six other individuals being injured from gunshot wounds.
