A gymnasium dedication ceremony took place on June 8 2016 at One North of Boston, a luxury apartment complex located in Chelsea, MA. The event brought together community members and staff to honor Francis Cronin through the unveiling of the completed facility. One North is managed by Redgate Real Estate Advisors and owned through a Joint Venture partnership between TransDel Corporation and Gate Residential Properties.

and Redgate Principal Kyle Warwick.
During the ceremony, Kyle Warwick, Principal of Gate Residential, guided attendees on a tour of the property, highlighting key design elements and construction achievements that Cronin had contributed to during One North’s development.
Cronin, a Harvard graduate and accomplished athlete, served as superintendent at Callahan Construction Managers, where he collaborated with Gate Residential and TransDel Corp. on the complex’s design and construction phases.
Cronin’s family attended the event, including his wife Judy Smith Cronin and their daughters Hannah, Mariah and Kim, who each received $10,000 from the One North team toward their college tuition. The One North Boston Team, along with representatives from Redgate Real Estate Advisors and Callahan Construction, presented a commemorative plaque in Cronin’s memory, which was installed at the gymnasium entrance.
Beyond the gymnasium dedication, a scholarship bearing Cronin’s name has been established and can receive donations through the Dartmouth High School Guidance Department.
