JUST ANOTHER NIGHTCAP
Officers were dispatched to El Corral Restaurant at 408 Broadway on Monday, Sept. 19. According to the victim, the suspect came into the restaurant while intoxicated and tried to buy alcohol. After staff refused service and removed him from the premises, the suspect drew a knife, made threats toward the victim, and kicked the glass front door.
Manuel Alfaro, 44, of 34 Carmel St., was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property over $250.
ROBBED AT KNIFEPOINT

A fight was reported at 749 Broadway on Saturday, Sept. 24, prompting officers to respond. Witnesses told officers that the subject had attempted to steal the victim’s neck chain. Police recovered the knife and took the subject into custody.
Marco Roman, 20, of 31 Crescent Ave., was charged with armed robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon.
JUMPED BY THREE PEOPLE
Officers were flagged down on Broadway near CVS on Sept. 23 at 6 p.m. after a victim was attacked by three individuals. The victim sustained minor injuries and reported that the attackers had tried to take his phone. All three suspects were arrested at the scene.
Amy Patrice Pinabella, 43, homeless, was charged with armed assault to rob, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery aggravated.
Kora Banville, 18, of Scituate, was charged with armed assault to rob, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery aggravated.
Ulises Arias, 50, of 200 Cherry St., was charged with armed assault to rob, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery aggravated.
ROBBERY AT PEZZI’S
On Thursday, Sept. 22, officers responded to Pezzi’s gas station at 571 Washington Ave. for a robbery report.
According to an employee, two males entered the station for gas, and one of them forcibly took cash from the employee before fleeing in a vehicle. An Everett officer spotted the vehicle after Chelsea Police Department issued a BOLO, and Chelsea officers responded and made arrests in Everett.
Pedro Desousa-Passos, 19, of Weymouth, was charged with unarmed robbery, larceny under $250, conspiracy and two warrants.
Bryan Gomez, 20, of Everett, was charged with unarmed robbery, larceny under $250, and conspiracy.
