Elin Romero Dominguez, 38, residing at 18 Thornton St., Revere, was taken into custody for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Fredy Martinez, 18, of 149 Coleridge St., East Boston, faced arrest on charges of distribution of Class B drug and conspiracy to violate drug law.
Andrew Babigumira, 30, listed as homeless, was arrested for conspiracy to violate drug law and intimidate.

Jony Flores, 24, of 279 Princeton St., East Boston, was arrested for violation of marked lanes and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Michael Bermudez, 19, of 101 Canal St., Boston, was arrested on multiple charges including motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self, negligent operation of motor vehicle, send/read electronic message, furnishing false name and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Jose Tejada, 55, who is homeless, was arrested on a warrant.
A warrant led to the arrest of Farah Ibrahim, 21, of 4 Clinton Ct., Chelsea.
Christian Carrillo, 28, of 163 Washington Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for possessing to distribute Class D drug.
Alvaro Guevara, 19, of 64 Eagle St., East Boston, faced arrest for possessing to distribute Class D drug.

Shawn Cali, 44, of 95B Harris St., Revere, was arrested for shoplifting under $100, assault and battery, and assault with dangerous weapon.
Ruben Iraheta, 47, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested on a warrant.
