Robet Vargas, 47, residing at 27 Eutaw St. in East Boston, was arrested on multiple charges including possession with intent to distribute Class A drugs, possession with intent to distribute Class B drugs, failure to stop for a stop sign and failure to stop for police, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and carrying a dangerous weapon.
