Fredy Franco, 38, of 57 Grove St., Chelsea, was arrested for improper operation of motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of motor vehicle.
Jacob Molina-Ayala, 20, of 221 Eagle St., East Boston, was arrested for stop sign violation, failure to drive in right lane, unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, and child under 8 without restraint.
Christyna Bidder, 32, of 159 Lincoln St., Stoughton, was arrested on a warrant.
Kristopher Valdes, 40, of 50 Parker St., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant.
Saturday, 6/17
Daniel Torres, 24, of 82 Clark Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on possession on Class B drug with intent to distribute (2 counts), Assault and Battery on a police officer, leaving scene of property damage, and operating vehicle with suspended/revoked license.

HIT & RUN, CRACK
Officers responded to 157 Webster Ave. on Saturday, June 17, at 10:05 a.m., following a report of a hit and run involving a parked vehicle. A brown vehicle was observed blocking a lane on Webster Avenue after colliding with a mini-van. The reporting party explained that her mini-van had been struck, and when she attempted to speak with the other driver, he fled on foot.
A short distance away, responding officers and a detail officer apprehended the subject. During the arrest, officers discovered a large quantity of what is believed to be crack cocaine and U.S. currency on his person. He was taken into custody at the scene.
MACHETE BRANDISHED
A male subject was taken into custody on June 8 at 3:19 p.m. after chasing multiple individuals with a machete outside his residence at 728 Broadway. The suspect indicated the chase stemmed from a dispute involving a portable speaker. No injuries were reported. The machete was collected as evidence.
Emmanuel Gonzalez, 23, of 714 Broadway, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
BRICK ASSAILANT FOUND
Near Mary O’Malley Park on June 7 at 10:50 a.m., a male subject was taken into custody after probable cause was established for an assault that had occurred on June 6. During that incident, the suspect struck the victim’s head multiple times with a brick, causing severe lacerations. The victim received medical treatment at CHA Everett. An active warrant out of Somerville for OUI Liquor was discovered during booking.
Santos Velasco, 43, of 60 Everett Ave., was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
ROLLING ON THE GROUND
Officers on patrol observed two men engaged in a physical altercation on the sidewalk in front of the old Bunker Hill Community College in Bellingham Square on June 5 at 1:15 a.m. The combatants had fallen to the ground and continued striking each other. Both were taken into custody upon police contact.
Francisco Herrera, 40, of Revere, was charged with affray.
Kevin Murphy, 49, of 466 Broadway, was charged with affray, threatening to commit a crime, and assault or battery or damaging property for intimidation.
INDECENT EXPOSURE
On June 7 at 9:13 p.m., officers observed a male subject urinating against the building at 186 Pearl St. The subject stated he needed to use the bathroom and did not believe it would be problematic given the late hour and his inability to hold it. Officers noted that the location is one of the busiest areas with significant foot and vehicle traffic, and the subject made no attempt to conceal himself.
The subject was arrested at the scene.
David Johnson, 39, of Boston, was charged with indecent exposure.
FOUND MAN
Officers spotted a suspect wanted for Larceny from a Building and Larceny Over $250 in the area of Bellingham Square on Tuesday, June 13, at 1:12 p.m. Having received a detailed description of the suspect involved in the larceny, officers placed him into custody.
Joseph Olivera, 22, of Roxbury, was charged with larceny from a building and larceny over $250.
ALMOST HIT A CRUISER, NO CHILD SEAT
A CPD officer observed a vehicle fail to stop at a posted stop sign on Thursday, June 15, at Eleanor Street and Crescent Avenue, nearly striking the police vehicle. The operator was also driving to the far left of the road.
A female front seat passenger was holding a young child, approximately 3 to 4 years old, on her lap. The operator was charged at the scene.
Jacob Molina-Ayala, 20, of East Boston, was charged with failing to drive in the right lane, stop sign violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and child under 8 without having a child restraint.
