Chelsea Chamber Pot of Gold Set for Oct 18

Chelsea, Massachusetts

The Chelsea Chamber of Commerce is preparing for its 30th Annual $10,000 Pot of Gold fundraiser, scheduled for Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Anthony’s of Malden, located at 105 Canal Street, Malden, MA. The evening promises excellent networking, quality dining, and 80s-themed entertainment while benefiting the Chamber. As the Chamber’s longest-running major fundraiser, this event generates significant proceeds that support the organization’s work within Chelsea’s business community. The grand prize stands at $10,000, with only 250 tickets available for purchase by both Chamber members and the general public. Don’t miss your chance to become the next winner!

Co-chairs Sue Gallant and Arthur Arsenault are leading the committee’s efforts to make this 30th edition exceptional. The theme celebrates the 1980s, featuring iconic music, fads, and fashions from that era. Attendees are encouraged to dress in their best 80s attire, with prizes awarded for the most creative outfits. This nostalgic approach promises to make the event memorable and fun.

Beyond the main drawing, numerous raffle opportunities await guests. Megaraffle baskets, each valued over $500, feature themed packages including Nights on the Town with Celtics, Bruins, or Red Sox tickets, an Ultimate Tailgate Package, and a North Shore experience. An Instant Wine Cellar raffle offers the chance to win enough wine to stock a personal collection, and a 50/50 raffle adds to the excitement. With so many prizes available, attendees have multiple chances to win besides the $10,000 grand prize.

Tickets cost $175.00 each and include one entry into the main drawing, access to door prize opportunities, and a dinner featuring surf and turf with an open bar. Additional dinner tickets are available for $60. The event begins at 6:00pm, with dinner service at 7:00pm and the first ticket drawing at 8pm.
