David Henao-Jimenez, 19, of 121 Union St., Everett, faced arrest charges including speeding, unlicensed operation of motor vehicle and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Maria Ortiz, 49, of 172 Central Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant.
Saturday, 11/24
Faisal Yerow, 23, of 180 Central Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on a probation warrant.
Christina Belcher, 412, 550 Ferry St., Everett, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Edwin Ibanez, 30, of 589 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested for ordinance violation, alcoholic beverage/marijuana/THC, disorderly conduct, assault, disturbing the peace and threat to commit a crime.
Sunday, 11/25
Gabriel Castillo, 25, of 9 Southend, Lynn, was arrested for unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, speeding and warrants.
THREATENED WOMAN
Officers responded on Nov. 24 at 7:32 p.m. to 1 Marlborough St. after receiving a report that a male was following and threatening a female. The victim told officers the male had followed her from the area of 400 Broadway, making inappropriate comments throughout. He then positioned himself in front of her, blocking her path while his comments escalated into threats of harm. Witnesses intervened and the suspect fled, but was identified and taken into custody shortly after.
Edwin Ibanez, 30, of 589 Broadway, was charged with marijuana violation, disorderly conduct (subsequent offense), assault, disturbing the peace, and threatening to commit a crime.
MAN PULLS KNIFE AT DAY CENTER
At approximately 9 a.m. on Nov. 14, CPD officers responded to 738 Broadway, the Pentecostal Church resource center, for a report involving a male with a knife. The victim reported that the man pulled a knife on him. Officers located a knife on the subject and made an arrest.
Michael Catino, 34, of Malden, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
DANCIN’ IN THE STREETS
An intoxicated female was observed creating a disturbance on Broadway at 11 a.m. on Nov. 24. When officers attempted to identify the woman, she responded with threats and derogatory remarks. She continued disregarding police commands while blocking both pedestrian and motor vehicle traffic before being taken into custody.
Christina Belcher, 41, of Everett, was charged with disorderly conduct.
