The Neighborhood Developers (TND) held its Annual Meeting at the Garfield School, featuring Congresswoman Katherine Clark as the keynote speaker.
Among those present were State Sen. Sal DiDomenico, State Rep. Dan Ryan, Revere Mayor Dan Rizzo, Revere Councillor Ira Novoselsky and Chelsea Council President Matt Frank.
The following awards were presented:
• Nancy Ludwig and ICON architecture received an Award for Sustainable Design in recognition of Highland Terrace, which attained LEED Platinum rating
• Chelsea Chamber of Commerce President Dennis Cataldo accepted an Award for Community Leadership
• Ana Pereira was honored with an Award from CONNECT for Community Leadership and Volunteerism
