Similar charges—armed robbery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (2 counts)—were brought against Ceasar Alicea, 19, of 53 Broadway, Chelsea.
Francisco Gonzalez-Santos, 33, from 28 Arlington St., Lynn, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license and a red light violation.
Jeffrey Jean-Charles, 26, of 104 Bow St., Everett, faced multiple charges: speeding, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended license, and reckless endangerment to children.

Carlos Portillo, 24, of 717 Saratoga St., East Boston, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
Leland Butler, 36, from 124 Vine St., Everett, faced charges of larceny under $250, a felony warrant, and trespassing.
