On May 1, colleagues and friends gathered at Casa Lucia in Revere to celebrate Judy Weiss, who served as chief court officer at Chelsea District Court. Throughout her 49 years in the court system, Weiss made history as the first female court officer at Chelsea District Court. The retirement party brought together the Honorable Justice Franco Gobourne, the Honorable Justice Diana Maldonado, and Collin Allen, a retired court officer, to honor the guest of honor alongside others in attendance.
