Corinne Feltch
Retired receptionist at Lighthouse Nursing Care Center
On November 12, Corinne M. (McNeil) Feltch died peacefully at the Lighthouse Nursing Care Center in Revere following a prolonged and courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease. She had reached the age of 88.
A Somerville native, Corinne was the daughter of James and Anastasia (McDonald) McNeil and completed her education at St. Clements High School. Throughout her life, she was a devoted wife to Charles Feltch, a homemaker, dedicated mother to five children, and grandmother and great grandmother to numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. For many years, Corinne maintained her faith as a committed member of Our Lady of Grace Church. In her professional life, she served as a retired receptionist, contributing 10 years to the Lighthouse Nursing Care Center in Revere. Known for her passion for reading, her love of Scottish heritage and romance, and her warmth toward friends, she will be deeply remembered.
Corinne is survived by her children: Charles J. Feltch III and his wife, Jeanne of South Boston, Gerald J. Feltch of Woburn, John F. Feltch and his wife, Mitzie of Chapel Hill, NC, Christopher A. Feltch of Melbourne, FL and Stacie A. Cora and her husband, Carlos of Roslindale. She is also survived by her brother, James R. McNeil of Watertown, and her sister, Joan Williams of Weston, as well as nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
The Carafa Family Funeral Home of 389 Washington Ave. Chelsea handled funeral arrangements. Interment will be private.
