On Monday, Feb. 22, the Chelsea Police Department hosted a ceremony at the Council Chambers to recognize promotions and new hires. The event marked the advancement of two lieutenants, three sergeants, and three officers within the Department. Those in attendance included City Manager Thomas Ambrosino, Chief Brian A. Kyes, Lt. John Bower, Lt. Brian Dunn, Sgt. Jose Otero, Sgt. William Brizuela, Sgt. Hector Gonzalez, Officer Deryn DiOrio, Officer Abner Carrera, and Officer Christopher Troisi.
