Law enforcement took into custody Quintavius Smith, 22, residing at 85 Blossom St., Chelsea, in connection with multiple violations including failure to stop for police, speeding, a stop sign violation, operating a motor vehicle while unlicensed, receiving stolen property over $250, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
A warrant resulted in the arrest of Domenic Strazzulla, 53, of 151 Liverpool St., East Boston.
Jomael DeJesus, 19, from 93 Bellingham St., Chelsea, was arrested on outstanding warrants.
Officers arrested Marbin Bardales, 34, of 15 Haskel Ave., Revere, for possessing and drinking an open alcoholic beverage in public.
Spencer Clark, 38, at 8 Grove St., Chelsea, was taken into custody for assault with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit a crime.
Mario Hurtado, 24, living at 725 Broadway, Chelsea, faced arrest on conspiracy to violate drug law charges.
Carlos Hernandez, 21, of 29 Library St., Chelsea, was arrested for two counts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.
Elizabeth Toro, 30, from 959 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested for aggravated assault and battery on a pregnant person.

Brunildo Pabon, 40, residing at 26 Eleanor St., Chelsea, faced arrest for two counts of breaking and entering a nighttime vehicle or boat for felony and possessing a burglarious instrument.

Wilmer Reyes, 28, of 948 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested for operating an unlicensed motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and failure to wear a seat belt.
A warrant led to the arrest of Daniel Barke, 25, from 110 Malden St., Everett.
Dramane Ky, 25, at 14 Central Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault and battery.

Madeline Rosa, 39, of 767 Broadway, Chelsea, was taken into custody for assault and battery on a +60 disabled person, unarmed robbery on a +60, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a +60 person.
Pedro Hernandez, 23, also from 767 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery on a +60/disabled individual, unarmed robbery on a +60, and an arrest warrant.

Robert Soroka, 42, of 235 Revere St., Revere, was arrested for receiving stolen property over $250.
Dany Betanco, 38, from 71 Congress Ave., Chelsea, faced arrest charges of malicious destruction of property over $250, witness intimidation, and larceny over $250.
Kendrick Tate, 24, residing at 27 Gerrish Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on warrants in addition to charges of home invasion, kidnapping, witness intimidation, assault with a dangerous weapon, possessing to distribute a Class D drug, and possessing a Class B drug.
Lucio Martinez, 19, of 79 Marshall St., Somerville, was arrested for witness intimidation, kidnapping, possessing to distribute a Class D drug, and possessing a Class B drug.
