Police arrested Dwayne Seldon, 51, of 28 Spencer Ave., Chelsea, on charges including possession of a Class B drug, resisting arrest, and drinking/possessing an open alcoholic beverage in public.
Shirma Farmer, 63, residing at 9 Lawrence St., Chelsea, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and drinking/possessing an open alcoholic beverage in public.
An arrest warrant led to the apprehension of Sherif Seweilam, 29, of 435 Dorset St., South Burlington, VT.

Raul Figueroa, 30, of 14 Marie St., Dorchester, was arrested on outstanding warrants.

Natalie Virella, 36, of 317 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested pursuant to warrants.
Thursday, August 4
Faisal Yerow, 20, of 180 Central Ave., Chelsea, faced arrest for five counts of breaking and entering nighttime vehicle/boat for felony, receiving stolen property over $250, and resisting arrest.
Kenneth Powell, 27, of 67 Savanna Ave., East Boston, was arrested on multiple charges: assault to murder with a firearm, malicious destruction of property over $250, discharging/firing a firearm/bb or air gun in the city, carrying a firearm without a license, possessing ammunition without an FID card, threatening to commit a crime, and witness intimidation. Additional charges included discharge of a firearm within 500 ft. of a building.

Laura Delmedico, 34, of 26 Tufts St., Boston, was arrested on a warrant.
