The second annual Let It Fly Basketball Tournament took place on Aug. 13 at the Chelsea Boys & Girls Club, drawing numerous teams and hundreds of spectators to what proved to be a highly competitive event.
Philadelphia 76er and Everett native Nerlens Noel attended the tournament alongside Let It Fly Basketball Tournament Co-Founders Kyle Umemba and Cesar Castro. Team Cambridge player Jakigh Dottin, the Gatorade State Player of the Year in 2016, saw action during the championship game against Lynn, where he played on the defensive end.
