An arrest was made of Franky LaPorta from 33 Maple St., Malden, on charges including operating under the influence of drugs, distribution of Class A drug, and possessing Class E drug.
Jeremy Winam, age 42 and residing at 58 Franklin St., Chelsea, was taken into custody for possessing Class B Drug.
Josue Lara-Villalta, 22, of 77 Addison St., Chelsea, was arrested pursuant to a warrant.
Leonardo Escobar, 44, living at 92 Chester Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on warrants.

James Warren, 47, of 415 Crescent Ave., Chelsea, faced arrest for assault and battery, disorderly conduct, and assault and battery on a police officer.

Michell Montes, 41, from 143 Franklin Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Alexander Vega, 20, of 85 Blossom St., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant.

Oscar Benitez, 42, residing at 82 Pearl St., Chelsea, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended license.

Rafael Aguilar, 32, from 97 Belmont St., Everett, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor as a second offense.
