Chelsea Police Captain David Batchelor received recognition for his exceptional contributions to Chelsea HUB, an initiative comprising designated representatives from community and government organizations who convene each week to address particular circumstances involving individuals at heightened risk. Through the coordination of available resources, Chelsea HUB formulates prompt, unified and comprehensive interventions in response to these circumstances. The award ceremony took place Monday during a HUB training session held at Homewood Suites Hotel.
