Anthony Simboli’s dream

Chelsea, Massachusetts

Local developer Anthony Simboli has gained considerably from the path his father established before him. In commercial real estate circles throughout the area, the elder Mr. Simboli has earned a notable reputation. Beginning his work in Chelsea roughly 25 years ago, he navigated economic fluctuations and built an extensive portfolio featuring numerous fine buildings across Chelsea, totaling many hundreds of thousands of square feet. Now his son, Anthony, follows in those footsteps. Like many who acknowledge their fathers’ pioneering efforts, he has expressed similar gratitude. Following an extended business career alongside his father, he has chosen to venture independently. From his family, he has acquired nine buildings comprising 300,00 square feet of prime commercial space in Chelsea, among them the notable structures on Everett Avenue. His path forward is now determined by his own choices, and control of his future rests with him as he prefers. The Simbolis maintain their connection through real estate holdings and deep family bonds alike. Such ties will endure. Yet Anthony the younger pursues his own vision for the direction of his new company – a development that bodes well for Chelsea, where he has indicated his intention to base and expand operations. We are acquainted with Anthony. He possesses integrity and genuine concern for his community, and he possesses the capability required for success. Attending Princeton and MIT, as he did, demands considerable intellect. Similarly, years spent working closely with his father could not have occurred without absorbing significant real estate expertise. Our congratulations to Anthony Simboli the younger.
