On Monday, August 2, Angel Yanes, 24, of 422 Meridian St., East Boston, was taken into custody for mayhem. Clemente Escoto, 21, residing at 193 Campbell Ave., Revere, was arrested in connection with assault and battery using a dangerous weapon. Jose Alvarado, 25, from 90 Central Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for charges of assault and battery, as well as assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Melanie Reddy, 27, of 100 Fourth St., Chelsea, was arrested based on a warrant. Juantisco Aria-Lara, 36, of 239 Brandywine Dr., East Boston, was arrested for larceny from a person. Edwin Hernandez Casillas, 27, of 119 Congress Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery. On Tuesday, August 3, Sebastian Casas, 31, of 86 Whitman St., Malden, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license, marked lanes violation, and failure to wear a seat belt. Jose Ordaz, 21, of 174 Brooks St., East Boston, was arrested for failure to stop for police, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, and assault and battery. Samuel Ortiz, 23, of 3 Clinton St., Chelsea, was arrested on warrants and for operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Ramon Pagan, 49, of 55 Pine St., Boston, was arrested for possessing an open alcoholic beverage in public. Joel Barter, 39, of 1640 Washington St., Boston, was arrested on a warrant. Francisco Romero, 34, of 35 Marlborough St., Chelsea, was arrested for breaking and entering during the day, furnishing a false name and social security number, and on a warrant. Matthew Graves, 18, of 127 Garfield Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant. Jeffrey Cetoute, 24, of 65 Lowell St., Malden, was arrested for breaking and entering at night for a felony, malicious destruction of property over $250, trespassing, and assault with a dangerous weapon. On Wednesday, August 4, Ngoc Nguyen, 41, of 120 Bellingham St., Revere, was arrested for being a common streetwalker. On Thursday, August 5, Rafael Sotosoto, 26, of 50 Draper St., Dorchester, was arrested for assault and battery. Jose Antonio Rodriquez Jr., 21, of 1050 Tremont St., Boston, was arrested for assault and battery with a deadly weapon. Dominica Smith, 18, of 179 Washington Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping, and resisting arrest. Joseph Dempsey, 34, of 18 Washington Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant and a default warrant. Jermaine Prew, 26, of 8 Maverick St., Chelsea, was arrested for possession of a Class B drug. Joseph Holub, 22, of 15 South St., Wilmington, was arrested for distribution of a Class B drug, carrying a dangerous weapon or knife, drug violation near a school or park, and improper turn. On Friday, August 6, Javier Colon, 41, of 1 Pembroke St., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant. Herman Santigo, 28, of 679 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant. On Saturday, August 7, Emil Monge, 18, of 285 Elm St., Everett, was arrested for unarmed robbery. Romulo Santana Contreras, 61, of 27 Jones Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery, malicious destruction of property over $250, and furnishing a false name and social security number. Jorge Valdez, 30, of 130 Putnam St., East Boston, was arrested for possessing an open alcoholic beverage in public. Jean Senat, 30, of 82 Summer St., Everett, was arrested for disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer, and on a felony warrant. Rony Pacheco, 36, of 23 Bloomingdale St., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and resisting arrest. Marcio Mezabaca, 24, of 11 Congress Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor, leaving the scene of property damage, uninsured motor vehicle (criminal), violation to conceal license plate (criminal), unregistered motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation. On Sunday, August 8, Elsa Esperias, 39, of 127 Chestnut St., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery, as well as assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Louis Tovar, 41, of 749 Saratoga St., East Boston, was arrested for possessing an open alcoholic beverage in public. Jill Betley, 36, of 10 Forsyth St., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant.
