Starting Monday, November 19, the Beacon Street off-ramp serving Chelsea will reopen to all vehicle traffic, according to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT). This reopening will also restore Chestnut Street between 3rd and 4th Street to its standard one-way traffic pattern flowing southbound.
