On Monday, September 6, authorities arrested Lois Gullage, 52, of 230 Chestnut St., Chelsea, on charges of disorderly conduct and evade tax fair. The following day, Tuesday, September 7, William Chaput, 50, residing at 100 Astle St., Tewksbury, was taken into custody for assault and battery.
