Lisandra Molina, the junior class president, believes her class will leave its mark when they advance to senior status next year. “fblikebutton_button”
According to Molina, the Class of 2020 has benefited from lessons learned by the Class of 2019. “I feel I learned a lot from the senior
class, especially in NHS,” she said.
The class has demonstrated strong fundraising abilities and has accumulated substantial savings for prom and other class activities. Their success stems from creative approaches to generating revenue.
Among their efforts have been offering classroom cleaning services to teachers at the end of the school year and selling Pupusas to faculty members as a fundraising initiative.
Molina is confident the class will make itself heard. “We all have a
lot of personality,” she said. “If you put us all in a room, there is no quiet
person in there, especially when it comes to history. Our personalities don’t
clash. They complement one another.”
