On Monday, March 7, authorities took into custody Tito Sanchez, 24, of 116 Marlborough St., Chelsea, in connection with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault to murder. That same day, Anacleto Assis, 37, residing at 10 Freemont Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and a stop sign violation. Also arrested was Fredy Flores-Garcia, 38, of 278 E. Ninth St., Boston, who faced charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to stop for a signal.
