Rose M. (Orlandella) Gallo, who was born and raised in Revere, died Sunday, October 25. She was 93.
She was born August 25, 1933, in Revere to Marie and Ralph Orlandella and grew up there in a very large family. She later lived in Lynn for many years and moved to Billerica 23 years ago. She was married to Nicholas A. Gallo.
She leaves her daughters, Madelene, Marie and Victoria Gallo, all of Billerica; her grandchildren, Derek Dumas and his wife, Jennifer, Christopher Gallo and his wife, Shakia, and Jason Gallo and his wife, Melissa; and five great-grandchildren, Kianna, Nicholas, Ariana, Natalia and Julian. She was predeceased by 13 brothers and sisters. She also leaves her brother-in-law Daniel Gallo and his wife, Dolly, sisters-in-law Anna Orlandella and Celeste Gallo, and many nieces and nephews.
Her family will hold a private service. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.
