On Monday, November 9, Luis Lopez, 29, of 32 Congress Ave., Chelsea, faced charges of assault and battery and reckless endangerment to children. The same day, Tomas Chacon, 34, residing at 84 Marlborough St., Chelsea, was taken into custody for drinking and possessing an open alcoholic beverage in public, as well as on a warrant. Rosa Johnson, 59, from 23 Fairbanks Rd., Brockton, was arrested pursuant to a warrant. Julio Burgos, 52, of 196 Poplar St., Chelsea, was arrested for violating an abuse prevention order. Paul Rodriguez, 34, at 40 Marlborough St., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant.
Tuesday, November 10 brought several arrests. Bianca Rosa Rivera, 27, of 138 Washington Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. William Frazier, 30, living at 235 Chestnut St., Chelsea, faced felony warrant charges. Pablo Santiago, 18, from 70 Clark Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for daytime breaking and entering, destruction of property over $250, and larceny over $250. Luis Manuel Burgos, 18, of 155 Chestnut St., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant.
Wednesday, November 11 saw Rigoberto Ramirez, 37, of 182 Revere Beach Pkwy., Revere, arrested on a warrant. Samir Moric, 41, residing at 250 Congress Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and witness intimidation.
On Thursday, November 12, Maurice Cromwell, 27, of 78 Oceanview Dr., Dorchester, was arrested on a warrant. Edwin Mercado, 40, from 30 Fenno St., Chelsea, was arrested for assault to murder with a firearm.
Friday, November 13 resulted in two arrests. Celeste DeMarzo, 56, of 295 Vane St., Revere, was arrested for crosswalk violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license. Frank Gerena, 27, from 181 Kennedy Dr., Malden, was arrested on a warrant and for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license. Leonardo Escobar, 37, of 92 Chester Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for witness intimidation and receiving stolen property.
Saturday, November 14 saw Llimer Garcia, 22, of 855 Broadway, Chelsea, arrested on multiple warrants.
Sunday, November 15 brought two final arrests: Reny Caceres, 34, of 12 Maverick St., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant, and Dennis Baker, 39, from 17 Court St., Boston, was arrested on a warrant.
