The Chelsea Police Department made several arrests on this date. Fransico Cruz, 31, residing at 8 Burma Road in Chelsea, faced charges of unlicensed motor vehicle operation and a one way violation. In a separate incident, Luis Londono, 38, from 3415 Parsons Street in Other, NY, was taken into custody for disturbing the peace and driving under the influence. Pedro Chavez-Lopez, 19, of 12 Trinity Avenue in Lynn, was arrested following unlicensed motor vehicle operation and a stop sign violation. Michael Kane, 27, an Revere resident at 5 Greentree Lane, was apprehended for shoplifting. Christian Ramirez Rivera, 18, of 114 Shurtleff Street in Chelsea, faced assault and battery charges. Annelise Hanlon, 26, living at 4 Heritage Lane in Saugus, was arrested on a felony default warrant. Eric Estrada, 45, of 100 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, was taken into custody for a warrant misdemeanor default.

Three individuals were arrested on this date. Ines D. Carballo, 36, from 117 Winnisimmet Street in Chelsea, was charged with aggravated assault and battery on a pregnant person as well as assault and battery. Omar Z. Kazen, 37, residing at 77 Burma Road in Chelsea, faced a straight felony warrant. Alexandria Orlow, 20, of 680 Broadway in Chelsea, was arrested for unarmed robbery, unarmed assault to rob, and assault and battery.
Wednesday, February 27
Multiple arrests occurred throughout this day. Elvin Jose Lopez, 30, of 88 Williams Street in Chelsea, was taken into custody for warrant misdemeanor default. Johnathan Belton, 39, from 39 Boylston in Boston, faced charges including operation of motor vehicle with suspended license, brakes violation, possession of electric stun gun, and carrying a dangerous weapon. Manuel Vega, 54, a Revere resident at 80 Park Avenue, was arrested for three counts of violation of abuse order. Daniel Porrazzo, 48, of 43 Kinsley Road in Acton, was apprehended for operation of motor vehicle with suspended license and left lane violation. Vinicio Estaban, 27, residing at 538 Summer in Lynn, faced charges of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle and warrant misdemeanor default. Elmer Esteban, 24, also of 538 Summer Street in Lynn, was arrested for warrant misdemeanor default. Sharon Palacios, 22, living at 107 Malboro in Chelsea, faced two counts of straight felony warrants.

Numerous arrests were made on this date. Demitrios Galatis, 38, of 128 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, was taken into custody for default felony warrant. Pedro Roman, 22, from 227 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, faced a default felony warrant. Elizabeth J. Tucker, 55, also residing at 227 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, was arrested for default felony warrant. Melissa Fernandez, 27, of 76 Harvard Street in Chelsea, was apprehended for default felony warrant. Heidi Vasquez, 21, living at 50 Heard Street in Chelsea, faced a default felony warrant. Kimberly Smith, 42, from 65 Prospect in Watertown, was arrested for shoplifting. Eduardo Martinez, 43, of 147 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, was charged with four counts of simple assault, four counts of forcible rape, attempt to bribe a juror, and witness/juror/police/court office intimidation. Joaquin Ajtum, 34, residing at 54 Heard Street in Chelsea, faced three counts of forcible rape on a child and witness/juror/police/court office intimidation. Jose Gonzalez, 30, of 587 Broadway in Chelsea, was arrested for violation of prevention order. Andrea K. Dunbrack, 22, from 25 Seward Road in Stoneham, was taken into custody for default felony warrant. Tomas Josue Padilla, 33, of 16 London Street in East Boston, faced charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Several individuals were arrested on this date. Carlos Arias, 43, of 35 Marlborough Street in Chelsea, was apprehended for unlicensed operation of motor vehicle. Shariff Hussein, 44, who is homeless, faced warrant misdemeanor default charges. Enrique Arroyo, 50, residing at 777 Massachusetts Avenue in Boston, was arrested for shoplifting. Toribio Castillo, 35, of 268 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, was charged with distribution of Class A drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, furnishing a false name, and witness/juror/police/court office intimidation. Christine Gouveia, 26, from 136 Addison Street in Chelsea, was taken into custody for conspiracy to violate drug law and possession of Class A drug. Edward Sobolewski, 26, also of 136 Addison Street in Chelsea, faced charges of conspiracy to violate drug law and possession of Class A drug. Eleazar Vejar, 49, of 40 Rockland Avenue in Malden, was arrested for unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, red light violation, and failing to wear a seat belt.

Two individuals were arrested. Manuel Dejesus Segovia, 31, residing at 165 Walnut Street in Chelsea, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Abraham Almodovar, 26, of 12 Clark Avenue in Chelsea, faced a default felony warrant and possession of a Class B drug.

Several arrests were made on this date. Driles Artica, 33, of 202 Broadway in Chelsea, was apprehended for malicious destruction of property and straight felony warrant. Kenneth E. Leslie, 24, from 96 Bellingham Street in Chelsea, faced assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Fredis O. Ayala, 35, residing at 24 Orange Street in Chelsea, was arrested for indecent exposure and furnishing a false name. Milton Garmendia, 24, of 54 Addison Street in Chelsea, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.
