On Monday, October 19, authorities arrested Jose Ramirez, 17, of 4 Clinton Ct., Chelsea, in connection with a parole violation. That same day, Stephan Cutone, 41, residing at 5 Shaker Hill Ln., Woburn, was taken into custody on a felony warrant. Also arrested Monday were Pedro Melaro, 45, of 4 Washington Ave., Chelsea, charged with violating an abuse prevention order, witness intimidation, and threat to commit crime, and Felix Agosto Jr., 32, of 166 Essex St., Chelsea, who faced multiple felony warrants.
Tuesday, October 20 saw the arrest of Meghan Mastrangelo, 28, of 106 Mountain Ave., Revere, on a warrant. Jose Roldan, 21, from 23 Salem St., Lowell, was arrested for assault and battery, while Katheryn Pendlebury, 44, of 343 Broadway, Chelsea, was also taken into custody for assault and battery.
Several individuals were arrested on Wednesday, October 21. Angel Sanchez, 38, of 228 Washington Ave., Chelsea, faced charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Hubert Owens, 55, of 15 Corman Rd., Boston, was arrested for shoplifting. Wilfredo Sandaval Lopez, 34, of 71 Montvale Ave., Stoneham, faced serious drug-related charges including drug distribution of Class B (3 counts), drug violation near school (4 counts), and trafficking cocaine (over 28 grams). Denis Rivas, 35, of 60 Chester Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for cocaine distribution and drug violation near school. Miguel Chang, 24, of 186 Pearl St., Chelsea, was taken into custody on a warrant, as was Elmer Diaz Castillo, 29, also of 60 Chester Ave., Chelsea. Mirna Rosales, 36, of 62 Chester Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for trafficking cocaine and drug violation near school. Juan Torres, 32, of 35 Jefferson Ave., Chelsea, faced charges of operation of motor vehicle unlicensed, possessing open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, red light violation, and failure to wear seat belt. Rhonda Soledade, 49, of 438 Broadway, Malden, was arrested on a warrant. Alberto Vazquez-Cruz, 27, of 317 Spruce St., Chelsea, was arrested for stop sign violation, operating motor vehicle with suspended/revoked license, and failure to wear seat belt. Jose Murcia, 39, of 151 Division St., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery.
Thursday, October 22 brought multiple arrests. Dana Fay, 23, of 109 Essex St., Chelsea, was taken into custody for trespassing and on a warrant. Rachel Ripple, 37, also of 109 Essex St., Chelsea, was arrested for trespassing. Amanda Meadows, 29, of 75 Harvard St., Everett, was arrested for shoplifting, and Justin West, 37, of 24 Silver St., Malden, faced charges of shoplifting and a felony warrant.
On Friday, October 23, James Testa, 48, of 227 Princeton St., East Boston, was arrested for driving under the influence of liquor, leaving scene of personal injury, and leaving scene of property damage. Roy Wells, 43, of 16 Fifth St., Chelsea, faced charges of shoplifting and resisting arrest. Dana Fay, 23, of 109 Essex St., Chelsea, was arrested for common streetwalker. Stuart Gorton, 49, of 41 Union St., Everett, was arrested for shoplifting. William Frazier, 30, of 235 Chestnut St., Chelsea, was taken into custody on a felony warrant.
Saturday, October 24 saw Marcos Gonzalez, 28, of 32 Carmel St., Chelsea, arrested on a warrant and Lucas Sucuqui, 47, of 274 Spruce St., Chelsea, arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
On Sunday, October 25, Phyliss Lewis, 49, of 466 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested for affray, as was Dania Sotera Quinones, 27, of 11 Cottage St., Chelsea. Hernan Quinonez, 35, of 427 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested for operating motor vehicle with suspended/revoked license. Giselle Miranda, 25, of 1138 North Shore Rd., Revere, was taken into custody on felony warrants. Nelson Ruiz, 28, of 134 Cottage St., Everett, was arrested for driving under the influence of liquor. George Tarbell, 25, of 112 Chester Rd., Sumersworth, N.H., was arrested on a warrant. Jose Lopez, 40, of 52 Pine St., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant and for drug possession of Class B narcotics. Janica Gillis, 20, of 18 Richardson St., Malden, was arrested on warrants.
